i Tools you will require A For your safety Please make sure you wear gloves while assembing the bicycle r you Stal better, get a mechanic o do the iob for yo For kids, make sure there is adult 9.pervision during assembly as any loose ting or the operation itself might cause hazard For proper bike fit, rider must have a minimum clearance of one inch 17above top horizontal tube whie standing over the frame Allen key (4,5,6 mm) Pedal Wrench Open Ended Box Wrench 15mm spanner 1 Removing the bicycle from packaging 2 Mounting the Handle Bar Tighten the 2 sterm bots with a S mm Alen Key Ensure that the headset is property tightened Flace the bar, with shims attached, inside the stem nstal the faceplate., al four stem bots, and washers Each bolt shouid be tightened gradualy, making sure hat there IS equal space between the stem and taceplate at al times Once you begin to feel resistance, tis important Ko ahernate between bolis in an X pattern Tighren no more than a quarter of a urn, starting with the 10p right hand bolt, then he botom let, then the 10p lett, and finaly te bottom right When removing the bicycle trom the box be caret tat no itens are scratdhing the trame Be careful to remove the handebar together with the bicycle 111. as tis attached to the bicyde by the brake wire Remove all carton and paper covering the fame and the parts Attach the face damp over the handa bar with the scrows Tightan them anough Remove the fontwheel tom te box Remove the small bax containing the pedals, saddle, handle and oter tems Pedal Shaft Fasten the Pedal rest orto the pedaling shatt trough the attached bearing screw Adust the ange of the handebar by loosening and thentighteringt over the final position according to your seating position 3 Mounting the front wheel 4 Mounting the seat post & saddle When removing the bicycle from the bax, be caretul that no iterns are scratching the tame Be careful to remove the handebar al carton and paper covering the frame and The seat posti bolt and remove the upper block. Insert the saddle and replace the upper block When the bolts are loose, the bilocks may be tiked to adjust the saddle Side the saddle back and forth and ensure that the sadde E sequipped with two vertical bolts to hold the saddle rails sandwiched between a par of groaved blocks. Loosen the together with the bicyde (1), as t is attached to the bicycle by the brake wire. Remove the parts Affix the front wheel to the anle groove. Rotate the ightening lever to tighten and then tum over to tasten Step 1 Step 2 Step 1 Align the body rod hole with the saddle rod and fit Step 2 After the fitting rotate and turn over the lever to them through fasten the seat in place 5 Adjusting the brakes & brake wire I Maintenance Attach the cyinder shaped and of the front trake cable nsida the brake lever. Ensure that the front trake cable is loopng around the front of the handle bar Insert the cable and housng traugh the stem and guide it out of the fork and trough the cable guide on the fork. Pul the cable taught and secure it to the brake caliper with a Sm alen key. Cut aff the Rxcess cable leaving 2" Use SM-DB OI only, to ol the chain and other moving parts Do not park he bicyde under the sun for 100 long Do not ride with to0 tight trates Change brake shoes as soon aS slppirg begins to happen Use a moist cotton doh to dean the bike The brake wire should be looping around the front of the hande bar Pulthe two brake shoes together dose to the wheel then relax a bit and tighten to secure in place HERCULES
