Just poll 100 people off the street and see for yourself how many of them answer flight as their most wanted superpower. Here's a hint: It's a lot. The thing is, flight is one of nature and, up until about 100 years ago, mankind's greatest wonders. Seriously, they should change the Seven Wonders of the World to the Eight Wonders of the World. ONE-OF-A-KIND FLYERS STEALTHY FLYING IS A HOOT!! Owls aren't just big-eyed, goofy-looking birds. Well, they are, but they're more. Owls can rotate their heads nearly 270 degrees in either direction – humans can barely turn Bats aren't birds; they're mammals. As a result, they're the only mammal naturally capable of true and sustained flight. Not to mention, they hunt in the dark using high-pitched SILENT- DEADLY sonar sounds. Remarkable? Yes. Cute? Some species of fish can "fly." It's a defense to escape predators. They shoot out of the water as a dolphin would, but once out of the water, they spread their pectoral fins and glide through the air for as long as 45 seconds or 50 meters.
