In the past couple of years, we have heard a whole lot about taxes being too high. Let’s face it. Not too many people like paying more taxes than they have to. In 1986, Congress passed the Tax Reform Act to simplify the tax code. It is not as simple as it should be after all the provisions that have been added to it.
