Today is National Coming Out Day in the US, an annual event that is observed by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community to raise awareness and promote discussions about LGBT issues. The day is recognized in the UK tomorrow, and kicks off National Coming Out Week (NCOW). Businesses around the world also have to open their eyes and ears to working with more diverse workforces, and embrace LGBT employees.
