STEP 2 Meet our Creative Team Using an online meeting format, you will get to know us as we find out what is most important to you and begin to create your custom office. Help us out! IDS designers love to use office blueprints or photos (digital/PDFS) to base their drawings on. There is a small fee for sketches. STEP 3 IDS will begin to create custom designs for your office starting with rough concepts. These are sent to you for approval after our meeting. You approve the sketches. We'll refine the sketches and move on to the next step in the process. Sketches ned more work. We'll continue to work with you to create the office of your dreams. Once you are happy with the sketches, IDS creates a budget quote and with your approval the job is a go! STEP 4 Our Production Department will be in touch with you or your architects and builders to get accurate measurements of your building to help size your 3D creations. The sketches are rendered into 3D as a virtual model (example seen here). We take this model and cut it out of large foam blocks with a computer controlled router. What if I need to make a change? What if my install date changes? We know that things can change. We will let you know if additional charges will be needed. We will work with you when your schedule is delayed. STEP 5 Sculptors fine tune the details on the foam sculptures. We reinforce the sculptures with wood and steel frames. Finally, painters make the pieces come alive! STEP 6 IDS carefully packs up the sculptures and delivers them safely to your office.
