Why Content Is King
Know the inner writer. Your purpose defines your style.
Are you an informer?
Be original, tell your story
Don't write the tried and tested, write what you think needs to be said about the matter.
Inspired writers inspire audiences. Don't write to get the job done.
Go through articles and blogs relevant to you. Find a topic that you think is important. If you think your writing is worthwhile, your audience will too.
Support your work. Link it to others who share your point of view.
Strengthen your argument. Good for your credibility, and your audience's knowledge.
I before e except after c! Check your grammar and spellings. Nothing puts off readers more than badly written work.
Content is best used when used to connect. Give credit to other writers, guest write on other blogs... most importantly, reply to comments on your work.
While 40% customers found through social networks come through Facebook, customers get no reply for their queries 95% of the time. This tells you Facebook has a lot of untapped potential, due to neglect.
