WHO ARE YOUR EMPLOYEE ADVOCATES? 'Engaged employees' aren't simply the most connected by technology to the company they work for. Gallup describes them as follows: "Engaged employees work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company. They drive innovation and move the organization forward." COMPANY GROWTH AFFECTS EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT The financial state of a 43% company helps determine the level of 13% employee engagement. When an organization is hiring, 43% of employees are engaged. When an organization is 'letting go', 13% of employees are engaged. FOCUSING ON STRENGTHS AFFECTS EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT Whether or not your employees are recognized for their strengths and allowed to work with them in focus affects engagement. 61% 2% are engaged when their strengths and are engaged when their supervisor focuses on their strengths or positive characteristics, weaknesses are ignored by management. 7.8% 12.5% Simply learning their strengths makes employees 7.8% more productive.
