Before we start pointing fingers on these bad ass bandits, you should know that out of all the billions of people in the world, when it comes to getting older, research shows that there are only two t...
ypes of aging:
Intrinsic aging
Extrinsic aging
Intrinsic aging is defined as “an inherent degenerative process due to declining physiologic functions and capacities”. In Layman’s terms- the natural aging process. Everyone is a victim. Basically, this is when fibroblast, which is the is the main cell that produces collagen, kinda starts slacking off and those darn dead skin cells tend to hang on a tad bit longer than they used to. Not to mention that elastin doesn’t spring back as fast either.
Extrinsic Aging, on the other hand is basically a number of external or outside factors that team up with intrinsic aging that unfortunately speed up the whole process. The bright side, though, is that you actually have control over most of them.
