Binnen Retail maken acties een groot deel uit van de omzet, traffic en winst. Reden genoeg om daar intern veel aandacht aan te besteden. Retailers vinden dat dit actieproces of promotieproces op veel plekken kan verbeteren en dat het teveel druk op andere commerciƫle doelen legt. Het actieproces omvat alle taken, werkstromen, uitingen, beslissingen, planningen en onderhandelingen die leiden tot een actieweek, waarbij acties o.a. worden gepresenteerd via folders, advertising, online, winkelmateriaal en winkelopstelling. Within Retail operations are a large part of sales, traffic and profits. Reason enough to make it internally much attention to it. Retailers believe that this action process or promotion process in many areas can improve and that the surplus puts pressure on other commercial purposes. The action process includes all tasks, workflows, statements, decisions, planning and negotiations leading to a week of action, including actions which are presented through leaflets, advertising, online, shop equipment and shop setup.
