We manufacture conveyor rollers from stainless steel, zinc-plated mild steel and PVC in tube diameters ranging from 20mm to 102mm Plastic conveyor rollers Plastic rollers are designed to convey lightweight loads. When combined with stainless steel bearings and spindles they are perfect for use in humid or wash-down environments. A sealed bearing roller is also available for arduous applications and can be used as a belt return roller. Of particular benefit to gravity applications are our free running bearings that allow gravity conveyor rollers to work to their optimum level. We have a wide range of other gravity roller options including mild steel, stainless steel and plastic, delivering a handling performance of up to 500kg per roller. Options include free running r ollers, sealed bearings for maximum longevity and plastic tubes where cost is an issue. Grade 304 stainless steel is available as standard but grade 316 is also available for applications that require this. Our 50mm diameter 24 volt DC MotorRoller is the only one assembled in the UK as opposed to other DC Motorised Roller on the market. This ensures fast turnround time on both small and large orders. Most requirements can be despatched on a two to three day lead time. Features and options: • Brushless motors (No brushes to wear out) • No plastic parts in motor / steel gearbox is standard • 35 watt high torque motor is standard • Highly energy efficient • Variable speed is standard Grooved/sprocket driven rollers From 50mm diameter medium duty up to 102mm diameter heavy duty steel rollers fitted with welded steel sprockets, we can meet your specification. Single and double sprocket options are available for all fixed driven conveyor rollers. Precision bearings are fitted as standard and are best suited for continuous running, even at high speeds. Sealed versions are also available for dirty and arduous environments.
