Matthew is the publisher and creative director (including art director) of Spacing magazine. He is the recipient of the 2010 Jane Jacobs Prize and was named editor of the year in 2007 by the Canadian Society of Magazine Editors. Matthew created the Toronto subway buttons in 2004 and was hired in 2007 by the Toronto Transit Commission to brand their LRT expansion project Transit City.
