This infographic illustrates new data released by TribeHR which finds that in 2012 women received more pay raises, but men received more money in their raises.
TribeHR analyzed data from 20,000 employees at 2,200 companies between Q1 and Q3 of 2012. The survey found that 7.4 percent of women received raises while only 6.2 percent of men received raises, but men were three times more likely to get pay raises of 25 percent or more.
