Tips to extend projector lamp life

ΤIPS ΤΟ Extend Projector Lamp Fife 1 Change or Clean Your Filter Regularly Filter prevents dust from getting inside the sensitive circuitry. If the filter get clogged with dust, then it can cause the projector lamp to burn at a hotter temperature than required and diminish its lamp life. So it is essential to vacuum the projector and blow out dust with compressed air on a regular basis. 2. Do not Turn your Projector On and Off Quickly Projector lamp takes a minute before they are running at a stable current. If the projector turned on and off quickly it can cause destabilized current, which can cause the projector lamp to fail permanently. 3. Allow Projector to Cool down before Unplugging or Moving Most projectors will run the fans for a few moments after it is switched off to cool the lamp. In this meantime do not unplug the unit or move the unit while hot as this can cause the lamp to fail. 4. Run Your Projector in Economy Mode Economy mode usually makes the projector lamp emit a slightly lower brightness level, compared to normal mode and therefore can extend the projector lamp's life. 5.
