By the way, the ATR’s vision of tax reform starts with no new taxes. While they do have other ideas beyond that, it is a strange way to promote reform by seeking to maintain the status quo. If you are a true believer in tax cuts, then looking at these numbers must give hope. I just want to see the budget proposal that uses the lower revenues from these plans and balances the budget. That is made harder with most of these plans because the candidates don’t want the defense budget cut.
