Flexi staffing in India INDUSTRY SIZE, TYPES, DEMOGRAPHY India is among the top 5 nations in terms of flexi worker base. India's Flexi workforce is currently at 1.3 Million and is expected to grow to 9 Million by 2025. 82% of total Flexi workforce in India is under the 30 age of 30. Persons with general graduate degree (54%), higher secondary certificate (17%) & secondary certificate (9%) hold the largest share of flexi jobs.
