Making a second pot of coffee in the morning won't cure all your ailments if you are getting less than 7 hours of sleep a night. Turns out that everything from body weight to cancer rates are negatively affected if you cut those sleep cycles short. So hit that snooze button a few more times, and don't feel bad about it.
