There were 6435 EOIs submitted and 841 invitations to apply sent in August. India, China and British Citizens were the top three nationalities for EOIs submitted and invitations to apply issued. Of EOIs submitted the main occupation groups are Computer Programmers, Accountants and Engineers. The major subclasses for EOIs were Skilled Independent (23.6%), State and Territory Nominated (23.0%), Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (14.2%) and Employer Nominated Scheme (13.8%).
