All the way down. That's where investor confidence is about the next quarter, according to the eighth wave of the BW-JP Morgan Asset Management Investment Confidence Index in July 2011. The survey examines investment confidence among three categories: retail investors (1,632 people), corporate investors (50 treasuries) and independent financial advisors, or IFAs, (309), across eight cities. The index can range between 0 (the most negative outlook) and 200 (signifying absolute confidence).
