Shribhand (Serves 6) 1kg strained 275g mild honey (3/4C) 1.5t cardamom yoghurt (4C) seeds, coarsely ground a few strands of saffron Mix well. Mix well. To thicken, if desired, add 125g ground almonds (1.3C) (3) Refrigerate overnight or least 2h for spices to release their aroma. Stir occasionally to blend flavors. Serve with almond flakes.
