It was conducted among IT decision makers from 308 businesses of all sizes with 15 percent employing more than 500 employees, 29 percent employing 100 to 500 employees, 35 percent employing 20 to 100 employees and 22 percent employing less than 20 employees. This online survey is not based on a probability sample and therefore no estimate of theoretical sampling error can be calculated. RingCentral
