Google knows more about your search users than you do! This infographic depicts the theory that behavioral metrics are now part of Google's search algorithm. I believe that user metrics Google collects on the SERP (search engine result page) tell Google whether or not the user has a satisfactory experience with a specific search result. I refer to this experience as the Search User Experience (SearchUX or SUX). When a search user returns to the SERP after clicking through to your site, Google learns that your site did not answer that user's question. Their behavior upon return tells them more about the quality of the user's experience.
