RECIPE FOR THE PERFECT SMOOTHIE STEP 1 Use the highest quality ingredients. STEP 2 Follow this formula: 1 banana or 1 cup fruit 3/4 cup liquid 1 handful 1 cup ice (optional) greens 1 scoop Herbs or spices (optional) protein powder 1-2 tbsp nut butter (or nuts or seeds) or 1/4 avocado STEP 3 STEP 4 Include liquid sweetener, if desired. Put ingredients into your blender in the correct order. Tbsp 5ML HIGH-SPEED BLENDERS: fruit, nuts (if using), greens, nut butter or avocado, protein powder, spices, liquid, sweetener OTHER BLENDERS: liquid, sweetener, veggies, nuts (if using), blend, add nut butter or avocado, fruit, protein powder, spices STEP 5 STEP 6 Purée to your desired consistency. Add ice after blending, then blend again. DRINK UP!
