Observing As-Sawm (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqoon (Pious)" [al-Baqarah 2:183] MAKE A WRITE DOWN YOUR YOUR BEST FAST WITH FRIEND IS DUA (PRAYER) LIST YOUR HEART TOO GOALS QURAN RAMADAN IS A DETOX * The digestive system absorbs nutrients that every system in our body requires.
