Gaitor ki Chhatri It is the final resting place of the Maharajas of Jaipur and is located just off the Jaipur -Amber Road. Situated in a narrow valley the cenotaphs of the former Maharajas are chhatris made in typical Rajput architecture. The ehhatri of Sawai Jai Singh II is of special mention for its carvings that exaggerate it. Jantar Mantar ITI IT The Jantar Mantar of Jaipur is an observatory built in the first half of the 18th century. Today it has 19 main astronomical instruments or groups of instruments. They were generally constructed of brick rubble and plaster, but a few were made of bronze. The site shows important architectural and instrumental innovations and the size of some of the instruments is among the largest in the world. Till dated , the instruments of Jantar Mantar are used for forecasting weather, the duration of seasons, the intensity of the monsoon, and the prospects of flood or famine. The Jantar Mantar stands as a testimony to the wisdom of the former epoch and awaits the visit of every tourist. Statue Circle Situated in the middle of a busy intersecting road of the pink city, Statue Circle is reminiscent of the rich history of Jaipur. Almost half the Jaipur passes by it. It is the favorite lounge of Jaipur and a place for evening out, with 'Meals on Wheels'. The lighting and the colorful fountains cheer up the roundabout and its surrounds. The tourists come to see this place for its historic significance and to get a glimpse of the statue of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II.
