Tanned skin was a sign of the working class (due to being outside in the sun) therefore woman would use a variety of products to look pale The Far East. 3000BC Woman have used a wide range of makeup on their faces for Cosmetic reasons for many years, in a similar style but varying in different tocations Ancient Egypt Both men and woman wore makeup, especially around the eyes, creating a highly recognisable look North America The exact dates involved are unknown, but for thousands of years Native Americans have painted there faces. The American Indian is still an iconic figure today. Africa African Tribes have used makeup to paint there bodies for millenniums, and is still of huge cultural signifance in some areas today.
