Hey SEO fanatics, we decided to take a look at this year’s presidential election from an SEO perspective. It all started with a blog post that compared Barack Obama and Mitt Romney using statistics ...
from Google Trends. During the creation of that blog post, we thought it would be fun to poke around on other tools like Google’s Keyword Tool to compare estimated search numbers or SEMRush to gauge how much each candidate’s campaign is estimated to be spending on PPC ads. We started thinking of all the online search data you could dig up about the nominees and then it dawned on us to make one dashboard that provided all this different data to others who might be curious about the same information.
