This project is the result of a three-days workshop promoted by AIAP (Associazione italiana design della comunicazione visiva), within the AIAP Design Per days. The workshop, called Information Design...
and Science, was held by Michael Stoll, and focused on the visualization of scientific information.
With my group, I decided to focus, among the different topics proposed, on the question of in-vitro meat experimentations. Starting from that point, we analyzed different aspects related to meat consumption nowadays, and we managed to make them readable on a solid surface.
In this way, you can read this infographic in two different directions: horizontally, following the data about meat consumption (in red scale) , and vertically, reading the data related to the question of the in-vitro meat.
Designed with Camilla Sartor and Manuel Nurra.
