But we all know that I’ve been tinkering with the paleo diet for a while now. In fact, I just finished reading The Paleo Solution (affiliate link). Honestly, the more I tinker with it, the better I feel about it and about how I look. Based on the book, I’m sorry to tell you that I’ve got a bunch more paleo posts lined up in the coming weeks. You can look forward to posts on sugar, digestion, hormones, grains, and maybe a few more if I don’t get bored writing about them. I’m mostly going to write them to help me remember what I recently read. Maybe you’ll get something out of it as well. Anyway, here’s the paleo version of the new “my plate” infographic.
