If these resource-rich countries could make use of their revenues well, they would have the potential to finance the achievement of United Nation’s Education for All program together with developing enormously.
The data available for the 17 countries reflects that the extra funding for the education with the help of their natural resources could be as much as US$5 billion a year. That is, more than double the amount these countries have received as part of their educational aid in 2010.
