Many times I’ve found that people can’t communicate effectively or efficiently. They choose the wrong medium or channel to get a message across, and sometimes it even reflects so badly on the person that it prevents us from doing business with him or her. At the end of the day, my theory is that your message dictates which communication medium you choose. There are various outlets we can use and differing levels of privacy that we expect. As a result, I’ve created a (pseudo) infographic to modern communication.
