It is that time of year again — the Medicare annual enrollment period, which began Oct. 15 and ends Dec. 7. During the 2013 AEP, beneficiaries can enroll in a new Medicare prescription drug plan, return to original Medicare from their Medicare Advantage plan or change their existing Medicare prescription drug plan or Medicare Advantage plan coverage.
