My Life My Choice is a UK Self-Advocacy organisation based in Oxford run by and for people with learning disabilities. We believe through building confidence, teaching and empowering our community we can tackle big issues within the learning disabled community. The slogan for our Hate Crime Campaign is "SPEAK UP, SPEAK EASILY AND SPEAK OUT". We believe in giving people the confidence to SPEAK UP about their experiences. We'll also be training the Police to make reporting Hate Crime EASY for people with learning disabilities. We'll also be highlighting stories of hate crime from within our community and SPEAK OUT about them publicly to ensure people know the impact of hate crime.
