As in 2008, the state's delegates will be elected at district caucuses and at the state convention, which is scheduled for later in the year. The January caucuses will elect delegates to the county conventions currently scheduled for Sioux City March. Eligibility: lowans who will be 18 years old by the general election in November are eligible to participate, and attendees can register up to the day of the caucuses. Cedar Rapids
