HISTORY THE STORY OF QUEEN VEERVATI 7 Queen Veervati was the only sister of seven brothers. Her brothers were very upset to see their sister keeping fast & fixed a mirror in a tree. Veervati mistook mirror as a moon and broke her fast. Consequently, her husband died. Veervati kept fast again with full devotion & same thing happened again. Then, she prayed to Shiv-Parvati and Mata Parvati gave few drops of her blood to Veervati. She sprinkled the drops on her husband's dead body & he came back to life. THELEGEND OF MAHABHARATA Draupadi kept fast for Pandavas & worshipped Shiv-Parvati & Pandavas were able to get rid of their problems. THE LEGEND OF KARVA A woman named Karva loved her husband very much & she was blessed with a Shakti. While taking bath in a river, her husband caught by a crocodile. Karva told Yama to send crocodile to hell but, Yama YAMA refused to do so and she destroyed him. Yama got afraid of being cursed by Pati-vart and sent crocodile to hell. Story of a deeply devoted woman to her husband SAVITRI. She begged for her husband SATYAVAN's life from Yama.
