HOW TO USE A V60 Based on a 1:16 coffee to water ratio. 1 Measure out 25 grams of coffee and grind slightly finer than a standard drip setting. 2 Place filter in V60 and put on top of vessel. 3 Pre-rinse with water just off a boil, then discard pre-rinse water. 4 Pour grounds into the filter and give it a gentle shake. . Place on scale and tare to zero. 5 Pour in just enough water to saturate the grounds. Let bloom for 30-45 seconds.
