Try and position the bed as far away from the
door as possible, whilst keeping a good view
of it from where you sleep.
Make sure your bed has a good strong headboard to
protect your Chi while you sleep and avoid sleeping
with your head next facing an open window, or
underneath a skylight as this will drain your Chi.
Keep the space under your bed clutter
free as this limits the charge of Yin
force (Earth force) to re-charge you
whilst you sleep.
Mattresses have a habit of absorbing
Chi, and should be replaced regularly,
rotated regularly and given a few
hours of sunshine every few months.
Mirrors should be avoided if they can reflect you
whilst you sleep, as this effect can also be draining.
