If none of the above can diagrams or speech be used • Is the app or device user computer and internet literate, does the app or device user need to be trained Mobility, portability, convenience Take • Can the app or device be taken and used anywhere • There is no point in providing expensive equipment that can only be used in certain scenerios • How much does the app or device rely on local server network • Can app or device be updated offline h Better quality of life Health · And finally health, does the app or device improve health and/or health literacy • Does the app or device enable a medical or health worker to improve the health and/or health literacy of their patients
