1.2 tsp. powdered sugar

The Ghost

1/2 oz. melon liqueur


1 tsp. brandy

1 tsp. Grand Marnier

3 tsp. orange juice

1/2 tsp. simple syrup

Queen's Cousin

1 oz. vodka

1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

1/2 oz. lime juice

1 tsp. triple sec

Angostera bitters


1/2 oz. cranberry juice

1/4 oz. triple sec

Simple Bellini

peach puree

raspberry puree or grenadine

Complicated Bellini

2 oz. peach nectar

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1 oz. peach schnapps

Pimm's Royale

splash of Pimm's

Death In The Afternoon

absinthe (or pastis)

Nelson's Blood

5:1 ratio of champagne to tawny port

Champagne Flip

3/4 oz. brandy

3 dashes Cointreau

1/4 oz. cream
