It (4) Stilton is a classic cheese, though one that isn't to everyone's tastes. This one is said to have a texture of pure velvet and its taste ranges from mild when young to rich and tangy when mature. has a very strong smell (like old socks, some say!) but has much much more delightful taste. The rind is washed in perry, made from the Stinking Bishop pear, and is a soft and creamy cheese. (2) Camemberts are very soft (5) Cheddars can sometimes be seen as the safe option, but the Godminster Organic cheddar shows how good a cheddar can be. Wrapped in a purple rind, the cheese has a crumbly but smooth texture with a strong, mature flavour. cheeses and this one is no exception, with an equally soft, edible rind. It matures to a buttery colour with a rich flavour. Crumbly and earthy cheddar that has been crowned Supreme Champion at the international cheese awards. It's said that humidity of the Wookey Hole Caves is the secret to its success.
