The Denied Boarding Regulations mean that if you're flying to or from an EU airport you may be entitled to compensation €400 for all longer flights within EU, and for all medium haul flights -if over three hours delayed or cancelled €250 for short haul flights - if over two hours delayed or cancelled €600 for all other long haul filights -if over four hours delayed or cancelled If you're flying from an airport outside the EU, on a non-EU airline, the Denied Boarding Regulations won't apply.
