A survey conducted in spring 2012, assessed the views of 400 business decision makers across the UK, France, Germany and Russia on the merits and impact flexible working strategies have on business.
Key findings included:
•Two Thirds (66%) of business decision makers say flexible working has a bigger impact than cutting operational costs
•Video is a key element to a flexible working strategy, making flex-workers more productive (72%)
•Flexible working key for business growth in 2012, making employees 39% more productive
