YLE decided to draw up a list of 100 Finnish twitter accounts who are worth following. YLE journalists (@anttihirvonen) and (@niku_hooli) asked twitter followers to suggest their own favorites to Finland Top 100 list. 
The requirement was to that the twitter person has to be active on twitter and participate in dialogue with other twitterers and have over 1000 followers.
