When examining the costs of obesity one thing becomes clear – our nation's excessive weight is playing a major role in our economic well-being. While we all know that we would eliminate additional health care costs and excessive transportation costs by reducing the percentage of Americans who are obese or overweight, this graphic looks at another angle.
