Examples of sexting include sending: Nude or nearly nude photos or "selfies" Videos that show nudity, sex acts, or simulated sex Text messages that propose sex or refer to sex acts The Prevalence of Sending Sexts Among Young People 4% of cell-owning teens (ages 12-17) have sent a "sexually suggestive nude or nearly nude" photo or video of themselves.
