Corporate logos were created using com- plex symbols and icons that in one way or another represented its nature of business. a. Color - Use of primary colors was still the general trend during this era with designers creating logos around the RGB palette. b. Typography – Sans Serif type fonts gained popularity with typefaces like Baskerville by Paul Renner (1927), Gill Sans by Eric Gill (1926) and Franklin Gothic (1902). c. Medium - Newspapers and Magazines ties for distinction was existent. Right through the Greek, Roman and Egyptian eras, traces of logos can be found on various geological remains. The concept of marking was also widespread in livestock branding.
