A client of mine who recruits for a major international corporation had an annual review and wanted a little extra leverage for asking for a raise. He did a lot of legwork and got people in similar positions at other companies to do a salary review. We built a printable infographic to highlight his strengths in international recruiting. In his review, my client did in fact get a raise.
