Tax Revenues 'Kinder Morgan's Proposed Expansion BC's Corporate Tax Revenues (2013/14): $1.461 billion Kinder Morgan's Proposed Expansion: 0.006% of projected provincial tax revenues for 2013/14 $8.65million Kinder Morgan estimates that the Trans Mountain expansion project would generate $320 million in increased provincial tax revenues and about $535 million in municipal taxes in BC over the project's seven years of construction and 30 years of operations, for an average of $23.1M per year. This is a strikingly small share of BC's overall tax revenues- the provincial contribution is less than 0.006% of BC's projected corporate tax income for 2013/14 and 0.0004% of overall provincial tax revenues for the year (projected to be $20.944 billion). creD Conversations for Responsible Economic Development
