Ultraviolet Light Photo resist bonded to metal; exit temperature controlled. ..polymerizes the photo resist. 8. Etching 7. Developing Acid etchant sprayed on both surfaces; variables charted and adjusted. Photoresist on unexposed surfaces disolves; testing rinsing and air drying. 9. Stripping 10.
