The goal of the “Bike MSU!” project is to promote bike culture on MSU’s campus through the construction of an interactive and informational Web narrative encouraging students to become educated and use proper safety when it comes to commuter cycling. When all is said and done, the project will gather and organize information making it easier to understand.”. During the course of researching and planning, a brief five-minute survey was created and distributed to investigate what methods students use to get around campus. The goal of this survey was not only to identify spatial patterns, but also to assess students’ cycling behaviors, from use of safety to where they ride. Additionally, the survey allows students to write-in suggestions for things that MSU should do to improve bike safety and education on campus.
