At Column Five, we wanted to celebrate the fall by growing our stubble for a worthy cause. And, when Hurricane Sandy hit and we learned that one of our own lost his home in the storm's devastation, we know we'd found our cause. Throughout the month, the men of C5 are dedicating their beard-growing efforts in a symbol of solidarity for our talented designer and one of the biggest fans of facial hair in our family, Kirk W. Recently married and living in NYC, Kirk and his wife were forced to evacuate their apartment, as the hurricane rocked the eastern seaboard. When they returned to the city, they found most of their belongings destroyed and their apartment uninhabitable. This holiday season, please join us in our efforts to help this new family get a fresh start.
